How to create a free account
Creating an account can be done in 2 ways.
Way 1: When you checkout a product you will be asked if you want to create an account right away. Your account password will be sent to you by email.
Way 2: At the top of the webshop, you will find a “create account” button. Click on this and choose register. You enter your email address and the password will be emailed to you. With your email and new password, you can then log in.
How can I rate the product ordered
To review a product, you must first log in. Next, go to “orders. Here you will find an overview of all your orders. Click on the order number and then choose the product you want to review. You will now come to the product you purchased and can click on reviews or customer ratings there.
How many points does a review earn
Each review earns you 75 points. The points are stored in your account. It may take up to 24 hours for the points to be updated in your account because we add this manually. You can redeem the points for discounts on your next order.
